Shipping & Delivery Time

Your order will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after the successful payment. Delivery may take 7-15 days.

Please kindly note that the estimated shipping period might be affected by various circumstances, like force majeure events. You can refer to Shipping Delay item for more information about reasons due to delay.

For pre-sale orders, the estimated shipping time will be displayed on the order details page.

Notice:

1. Please ensure that the address you provide is valid. If parcel delivery fails due to incorrect addresses or other personal issues from the customer, the package cannot be redirected. In case the package is destroyed, the customer will bear the loss.
2. Once the package arrives at the local destination, it may be delivered to a nearby pickup point, requiring the customer to collect it personally. Customers should follow the courier's instructions to receive the package. If the customer fails to collect the package in time, resulting in its return, it cannot be resent. If the package is destroyed due to delayed collection, the customer will bear the loss at their own cost.
